Hi, my name is Helen Walker and I've been a very active participant in the worldwide EFT community for the last decade.

As a result, I'm familiar with just about every EFT training syllabus that's on offer out there. I've even been involved in creating some of them, so I have a very good working knowledge of the best way to learn EFT.

Whether you want EFT for self-help or you aspire to be an EFT master, there is an EFT training course that is just right for you. As a highly experienced Emotional Freedom Techniques teacher, my aim is to show you how you can become the best EFT practitioner you can be.

If you're determined to get superb results with EFT, you already know that you only want the best training you can get. So ask your potential training provider the following key questions, and let the answers help you to decide on the best EFT education for you.

  1. Does your EFT instruction adhere strictly to the free online Official EFT tutorial?

  2. Do you provide professional EFT Training Workshops that are regularly externally assessed for quality and consistency?

If the answer to each of these questions is "Yes!", you're off to a flying start! Of course, you're bound to have lots of other questions, so make a list of all the things you want to know and don't be afraid to ASK your training provider. They're there to help, after all.
