Reiki Training
Reiki I - Course Content
Reiki I can be presented as a one-day workshop, with an optional follow-up day, or over a number of days based on the needs of your organisation.
By the end of the workshop, students will:
be aware of the known origins of Reiki in the East, its development in the West and the various styles of Reiki that exist.
be aware of the use of Reiki in the UK, and the move towards regulation.
be familiar with the Reiki Healing principles and understand their importance for a Reiki practitioner.
have gained a basic understanding of the energy systems of the human body and their relevance to holistic therapies.
understand and be able to explain the difference between 'healing' and 'curing' in the holistic context.
be able to demonstrate the hand positions used for self-treatment, and for treating others.
be aware of how the hand positions relate to the associated body systems.
have been attuned to Level I and be able to work with Reiki energy at this level.
know how and when to use Reiki in different situations, and understand the ethics of treating others.
