About Brenda

Brenda McCall

Brenda has worked alongside Helen since Inner Energy was founded in 2003. She is our consultant for all matters relating to mental health.

Brenda has over 20 years' experience as a psychiatric nurse. She trained at Glasgow Eastern College of Nursing and Midwifery, and spent most of her career in Acute Adult Admission and Care of the Elderly.

Since leaving nursing, she divides her time between her job as Support Worker on a telephone crisis line and her work at Inner Energy.

Relevant Qualifications: Advanced EFT Practioner (AAMET), Reiki Level 2
