About Sonia
Sonia joined Inner Energy in 2008. She is our events co-ordinator and your main point of contact for all EFT Scotland training courses.
Sonia has been a Physical Education teacher for over twenty years and a Principal Teacher of Pupil Support for six years. As well as being an EFT Practitioner, Sonia presents workshops for Positive Coaching Scotland and she is keen to spread the word about the benefits of EFT.

Sonia has also completed a Certificated Course in Counselling Skills and is trained as a Life Coach, a Reiki Practitioner and a HeartMath trainer.
Sport has always been a large part of Sonia's life and she has participated at high level in many activities including golf, badminton, squash and volleyball.
She has achieved many sporting successes throughout her life, including 27 years as Golf Club Champion at her home course in Scotland.
