About Sonia

Sonia Grant

Sonia joined Inner Energy in 2008. She is our events co-ordinator and your main point of contact for all Inner Energy training courses. Sonia has been a Physical Education teacher for over twenty years and a Principal Teacher of Pupil Support for six years. As well as her training in EFT and Reiki, she has also completed a Certificated Course in Counselling Skills.

Sport has always been a large part of Sonia's life and she has participated at high level in many activities including golf, badminton, squash and volleyball. She has achieved many sporting successes throughout her life, including 27 years as Golf Club Champion at her home course in Scotland.
